Bowker's Business Intelligence Services unit markets two services:  Monument Information Resources (MIR -- now branded PubTrack™ Higher Education), and PubTrack (Christian, Trade and Canadian). PubTrack/MIR supplies the U.S. education publisher marketplace with point of sale data for analysis. MIR has an exemplary record of providing accurate and usable information, which has enabled publishers to make product development decisions, determine market share, support sales force management and enable supply chain efficiency. We recently announced the launch of PubTrack Consumer®, a business intelligence service that provides crucial data about consumer book purchases, as well as demographic and behavioral profiles.
